By using the My Pilates 24/7 website, booking classes, or using our facilities, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using My Pilates 24/7 (“Studio”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms govern your use of our website, booking system, membership programs, and studio facilities.

2. Studio Access, Reservations, and Classes

  • 24/7 Access:
    My Pilates 24/7 is open around the clock for individual use as well as group classes. Access is granted upon your valid membership or class package purchase.

  • Reservations:

    • All classes must be reserved in advance using our online booking system.

    • For group classes, a cancellation must be made at least 10 hours prior to the class start time to avoid cancellation penalties.

    • If you fail to cancel within the 10-hour window, you may be subject to a late cancellation fee or loss of your reserved class credit.

  • Waitlists:
    In the event a class is full, you may join the waitlist. Should a spot become available, you will be notified via email. It remains your responsibility to cancel your reservation if you are no longer able to attend.

  • Modifications and Cancellations:
    We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel classes at any time. In such cases, notifications will be sent via email where possible. However, the final decision rests with My Pilates 24/7.

3. Memberships, Class Packages, and Payment

  • Memberships & Packages:

    • Memberships and class packages are available on a monthly or prepaid basis.

    • Membership fees will be automatically billed to a valid credit or debit card on file.

    • All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless other arrangements are approved by My Pilates 24/7 in advance.

  • Recurring Billing & Cancellation:

    • For recurring memberships, you may cancel by providing at least 30 days’ written notice before your next billing date. Cancellations within the notice period may incur fees as detailed in your membership agreement.

    • Class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. Any unused classes will expire on the date specified at the time of purchase.

4. Studio Conduct, Health, and Safety

  • Proper Use:

    • You are responsible for using equipment safely and in accordance with posted instructions. Our trained instructors are available during classes to offer guidance, but personal responsibility is required.

    • Please wipe down equipment and reformers after use to ensure a clean and safe environment for all members.

  • Safety and Etiquette:

    • Unattended children and pets are not permitted in the studio.

    • You agree to follow all studio rules and instructions from staff. Failure to do so may result in termination of your membership without refund.

  • Personal Health:

    • You are responsible for assessing your own physical fitness prior to engaging in any activity at My Pilates 24/7. Consult your physician if you have any concerns.

    • My Pilates 24/7 is not liable for any injuries or health issues that may arise during your use of our facilities or classes.

5. Intellectual Property and Content

  • Content Ownership:
    All website content, images, graphics, and materials provided by My Pilates 24/7 are the property of the Studio or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

  • Limited License:
    You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website solely for the purpose of booking classes and managing your membership. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • No Warranty:
    The services and materials provided by My Pilates 24/7 are offered “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of our website or studio facilities.

  • Liability:
    In no event shall My Pilates 24/7 be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless My Pilates 24/7, its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your breach of these Terms of Service.

8. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

  • Informal Resolution:

  • Arbitration:
    If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that any claim or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service or your use of our services shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the applicable rules of [a designated arbitration provider]. Any such arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only, and you waive the right to participate in any class or representative action.

  • Small Claims Court:
